  • Nonprofit educational
  • Classroom or similar place
  • Face-to-face teaching activities
  • Legally acquired copy
  • Library – school and public
  • Student or teacher

There are worksheets in the library, as well as one on page 78 of your books to help you to determine if you've met the fair use analysis.
